Privacy notice

Who we are. This website is run by MADE Commercial ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@madecommercial.co.uk.

What we collect

If you send us an enquiry through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across sites.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to take it forward if you ask us to. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your details. Enquiries are delivered to us by email, and the service that carries them acts on our behalf as a processor.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

MADE Pricing

MADE Pricing is a separate application at pricing.madecommercial.co.uk. Information that customers enter into it is kept separate for each company.
